I’m Brunna, a fitness trainer and nutritional coach, a mom of three, and a woman who transformed her body after 40.
My biggest transformation didn’t happen early in life. It happened when time was limited and my routine had to work in the real world.
That’s when I created a smarter approach, focused on consistent training, healthy habits, and balance.
